Passport Sleeve Template Set (Source Files)

Have access to a laser cutter and want to make your own acrylic template or cut this design directly out of leather? This product is an instant digital download of our  source / "laser ready" version of the Passport Sleeve. You will receive a .zip file download containing 4 different file types (.ai, .pdf, .svg, .eps). It will also include a version of the print formatted PDF if you choose to use it. Feel free to modify the designs as you see fit!

Please make sure to consult the documentation for your laser cutting software with regards to which files types it supports and how to import to 100% scale. I made these files as bare bones as possible for universal compatibility but issues may still arise.

This source file template set DOES NOT include stitching holes

INITIAL FILE SETUP:

• Document color model is set to RGB
• All cut lines (stroke) are set to 1pt width
• Stroke is set to RGB Blue
• If there are engravings they are "outlined" and set in RGB Black. Remove these lines if cutting directly out of leather.

Travel easy and keep your (very important!) passport book safe in secure with a passport sleeve. This design features an easy to access main section and a smaller diagonal pocket that goes on the front.

This source file download comes with 2 versions of this one. 1) The "trim style" with square edges that need to be trimmed before stitching (as seen in the video). 2) The "standard style" which is the actual dimensions of the template with corners already rounded. This is what you would be most familiar with if you have any of our other templates.

Dimensions: 114mm wide x 135mm tall (roughly 4-7/16" x 5-5/16")
