Have access to a laser cutter and want to make your own acrylic template or cut this design directly out of leather? This product is an instant digital download of our "laser ready" version of the Leather Bi-Fold Wallet with Hidden Pockets. You will receive a .zip file download containing 4 different file types (.ai, .pdf, .svg, .eps). Feel free to modify the designs as you see fit!
Please make sure to consult the documentation for your laser cutting software with regards to which files types it supports and how to import to 100% scale. I made these files as bare bones as possible for universal compatibility but issues may still arise.
This laser ready template set does not include stitching holes
INITIAL FILE SETUP:
- Document color model is set to RGB
- All cut lines (stroke) are set to .5pt width
- Stroke is set to RGB BLUE
- If there are text engravings they are "outlined" and set in RGB Black.
Everyone loves hidden pockets! This bi-fold design comes with everything you need to make a hidden pocket wallet design. Trace around the template pieces with your scratch awl and you have a perfect measurement to use seconds.
This wallet template set includes:
- (1) Outer shell piece
- (1) Inner shell piece
- (1) Inside panel piece
- (1) T-Slot piece
- (1) Bottom card slot piece
Outer shell piece - This template is the outside of the wallet and a 1/2" larger then the inner shell. It has 2 small holes in the top corners to help with alignment (1/8" from the edge).
Inner shell piece - This template is the inside panel of the wallet where the inside panels are connected.
Inside panel piece - This piece creates the hidden pocket on each side of the wallet. Trace it on one side, flip it over, and trace it again to create the other side.
T-Slot piece - This wallet design requires you cut out 2 t-slot's. Trace it on one side, flip it over, and trace it again to create the other side.
Bottom card slot piece - This wallet design requires you cut out 2 bottom slots. Trace it on one side, flip it over, and trace it again to create the other side.
Dimensions: 4.25" wide x 3.50" tall (Closed)
Note: This product is NOT made to be printed out on a standard piece of paper. There are PDF printer friendly versions available!
