Hello Leathercrafting Friends,

As we all know the COVID-19 outbreak has introduced some new challenges to the way we all live and do business. My business here at Makesupply is not exempt from these challenges. I want to give an update on what to expect with your template orders going forward:

Digital Download Products: All digital download products will operate as they always have. As soon as checkout is complete and payment is received the digital download files are sent to you automatically. This includes the print at home templates as well as the laser ready files.

Acrylic Templates / Physical Products: Acrylic templates are shipping again but I may not have everything in stock at the moment. I will try to keep standard fulfillment times (1-3 days) but please understand supply chains are delicate at the moment and subject to delays. If I anticipate a significant delay I will contact you directly.

Things are changing rapidly and I will keep this page updated with the latest as things unfold.
